Andrew made a difficult process amazing.

Channel was our agent for finding the house. She understood our requirements and needs so well we actually rented the first house she showed us. After moving house, Andrew helped and supported us on everything, such as providing a plumber, communicating with our landlord about the changing of the old cooker and so on. He constantly informed and supported us, which we are really thankful for.

We dealt mostly with Ben. He was always friendly and professional, he endeavored to keep things moving and communicated well on progress. We felt he was honest and transparent which is valuable to buyers of our generation. He ensured requirements were met, and if not, used initiative to solve issues/problems to bring compromise. After previous negative experiences with other estate agents, we were glad to have met Ben who helped make our first property purchase a success.
