Neela was absolutely fantastic. She always notified us in advance of viewings, she also kept us posted if there was anything unusual in the flat (we are living abroad) and most important of all, she helped us tremendously with the actual sale of the flat, the exchange of contracts and completion. She managed to really push for things and make it happen quickly. Hugh has also always been very friendly and helpful.
