My housemates and I started renting through Dexters earlier this year. At the start of the tenancy we were somewhat disappointed with the state of the house, however since the appointment of our new property manager, Christine, the service we have received has been consistently of the highest quality. Christine is very capable, prompt, helpful, and friendly, and she has worked with us, the landlord, and various contractors to assist with all our issues, both big and small.

Very professional and also friendly agency. We had a lot of questions and requests, both before and after the sign off of the tenancy agreement but they were always available to help and inform us. Sam was also very reactive to fix the issues we encountered in our apartment.

I have been impressed with the excellent service provided by Samuel at Dexters. He is always on hand to answer questions, resolve any issues and generally nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks Sam!
