In July 2007, I decided to join Dexters, because of the awesome board presence they had in my area. I was in the roofing industry, but had always wanted to get into estate agency. Once I got my driving licence, I applied to a number of agencies and soon realised that Dexters would give me the best training in the business. I have been at Dexters now for 3 months and I really enjoy working for them. The training I have been given is second to none and I know I am going to have a long, successful career here. |
I joined Dexters because I was keen to follow a new career path (I had been working as a nanny). You will be responsible for selling and promoting our available properties to a wide market and ensuring that we successfully sell properties in an efficent and and timely way. Our office based Sales Administrators provide day to day support to the Branch Manager, enabling the sales team to operate effectively. This role will involve you in a busy and varied range of duties, including updating property details on a variety of websites, produce property particulars, telephone work, mailshots and managing our window displays.
Working in our biggest department, this busy role would suit someone from an administration background, where providing excellent customer service is of prime importance. You will be the interface between our landlords and tenants and be responsible for processing new leases and existing leases and ensuring the process is managed effectively
This role will involve you in all aspects of accounts administration, including rentals, liasing with landlords and tenants and ensuring the tern of a tenany runs smoothy. This position would suit someone who enjoys a busy and varied environment.
I recently joined Dexters, after being on maternity leave for 6 months. Prior to that I had worked for a big local agent. I was delighted to be offered a position within Dexters as I have a number of friends that work for the company and thoroughly enjoy themselves.
